Port Power visits Belyuen

Today Port Powers Byron Pickett and Russell Ebert arrived at Belyuen Community to meet the school children. They were welcomed with a Corroboree from the Belyuen Dancers.

Port Power are currently in Darwin to play Western Bulldogs this weekend at Marrara Stadium.

Bryron Pickett, Russell Ebert, Doug Couzens visited Belyuen Community this morning. Henry Moreen a Belyuen Councillor met them at the Mandorah Warf.The visitors ran an Auskick clinic with the Belyuen Primary School Children.

Afterwards Belyuen Kenbi Dancers performed a Corroboree with the School Children. Bryron and Russell also joined in.

Linda Yarrowin a School Council Representative thanked the Port Power members for coming to Belyuen and wished them all the best in their match on Saturday night.

Henry Moreen then showed the visitors around Belyuen showing them some historical and cultural sites of significance to the Belyuen people.

Thanks to Belyuen School for providing the transport for the morning.
